Sure. I would appreciate your tips. Many people speak quickly and the audio and captions don’t agree. I’m aware that it’s my problem and don’t expect others to change for me. I’m just interested in finding materials that can be read so that I can back up audio and avoid confusion.

The only captions I use regularly are on my Smart Tv and sometimes on my phone. I used to depend on my hearing aides but I have lost more of my range of hearing as I age.

I need captions more and more. Standup comedy and zoom calls have started to be exhausting to follow. Trying so hard to hear is tiring.

You gave me many good places to explore. Most people don’t realize that hearing loss is hereditary and often starts early in your forties. I’m 65 now and got my first set of hearing aids at 52. It’s an area we need more thought about when we depend upon technology as much as we do.
