However, with the updates redommendations engine I see that the followers are increasing, should happen with your pub as well because now people can follow a whole network and when people recommend you you're part of this network.

You can then convert those followers into subs.
Substack launched an advanced dashboard. Go on stats and subscribers and check it. It's really cool.
