If you want to share your personal stories and anecdotes with the world, do it as you can help yourself and so many others. However, if you don't feel ready yet, Trudie's tips help to find a balance between sharing too much and not and not sharing enough. It's a fine line. Sharing your messy stories isn't easy. It's bloody hard. At least for me.
