Kristina, This was a great interview with Justin. I learned so much and it gave me a lot to think about regarding my own newsletter. I could tell how much work you put into it. Keep these coming! This was very inspiring!
Kristina, I loved listening to your interview with Justin. It’s wonderful to listen to someone who is so successful, but still genuine and kind.
It's inspiring to see how Justin has moved to a different phase in his life and business and found a home on Substack where he plans to build a business that fits his lifestyle. I look forward to learning more.
Thanks Kristina, I really appreciate how you bring many talented folks, who have so much to share, into our orbit through your Podcast and Newsletter. You are all heart ❤️
Great interview Kristina! Justin is certainly a legend in the writing world, and I am excited about his approach to “unsubscribe”, bringing high value to top tier subscribers.
As you know from my sheep session 😉, there are many more interviews in the can coming soon… but this one felt really special. I honestly wish I had published it earlier (you know how that goes!), but I’m still so happy to finally share it with you — and I hope it sparks a little inspi-ACTION on your end.
I know you’re already doing amazing things, but I still think Justin is such a powerful example of how to turn free subscribers and followers into paying ones — with heart and strategy. Even though he says it wasn’t planned, you can just tell… everything he shares is so polished, intentional, and deeply rooted in corprorate and online business experience. Just peek at his pricing, his chat, website, his Notes. It’s all dialed in.
It honestly made me reflect on the length of my own newsletter. Maybe there’s power in going shorter and sweeter, as I did on Medium? It could save time and still deliver value.
And Claudia… I saw your name in a big newsletter today!
And then Ciler popped up with Dan — so good!
Was that your idea or hers? She mentioned something was coming but didn’t say what — and this wasn’t what I expected. Curious!
Bravo Kristina! It’s amazing to see two people I admire, come together for this post/ podcast. Looking forward to learning more from you both.
I watched this episode today on YouTube. It was amazing and so much knowledge shared.

Interesting read, enjoyed it. really appreciate the emphasis on slowing down.

Gute Nacht from Germany, Kristina
that was her idea :)) love what you shared here right now, that’s amazing. I will 100% listen to all of it and be inspired even more :)
Ah cool. Then I guess this was the post she meant when she popped up in my DMs.
It's a small world as I also interviewed Dan a few weeks back. Think this is gonna be the next podcast episode then.
Ciler linked to the OWC and me on Substack. That's nice. Also to my YouTube channel.
Keep me in the loop whether you can see an impact from being featured.
