Well if Wikipedia does not allow you to edit your information and you wish to switch your entity home, you can create a dedicated "About Me" page on your "writer website" so this will now serve as your new Entity Home. Then, update any other authoritative sources that reference you with the link to your new Entity Home so they point back to this page.
You can also claim your KP and use the "feedback" button so people from Google will be able to review the changes you want. And don't forget to supply links corroborating your request, including at least one independent source alongside your own website. :)
