I'm still a newbie, but I post consistently once a week. And since it's health and wellness, I've started scheduling in advance, to take the pressure off of me so I can put in the quality that I want too
But seriously, your cadence is great. Posting once a week is no small feat, especially in the health and wellness space, where people can feel the difference when you take the time to craft the newsletter.
I love that you’re scheduling in advance to ease the pressure. That’s such a smart move and a great way to protect your energy and your quality. Do you also use the Notes Scheduler from tribe member Finn? I'm thinking about using it now too.
How are you finding Substack overall so far? Is there anything you’re stuck on or figuring out right now?
I've been wondering if that scheduler was worth it. I looked at other ones, and they didn't seem as nice. Half of my current subscribers have come from substack, so I do think it's worth the effort. I schedule posts to go out on other platforms too. I was shocked when I got one from Tiktok! I was told it's hard to convert that audience. Mostly, I'm stuck on how to get seen in notes. It obviously works, but most notes still go unnoticed.

Ciao Amanda,
Haha, so you’re a Substack virgin then! 😄
