Hi Donna. I had to laugh at your recovering Southern Baptist line. I was watching what the organization was doing to its female leaders and it made me so angry. I did several of Beth Moore’s bible studies back in the day so when Trump was first running for President and saying weird things and the religious community was still flocking around him I made a point to seek her out again to see what she had to say. I was relieved to hear she stayed true to her values and the teachings in the bible. Then I saw how years later they essentially cast her out. I hold a special place in my heart for her and women like her. Who weren’t afraid to speak truth to power. Even as it cost them their livelihood. Thanks for commenting and sharing.
