Hi All! After taking Kristina and Walter's Medium Bootcamp earlier this summer, I went back to the stories I had already posted there and made some changes: the SEO choices, better and complete title and subtitle, etc. Also, because I mainly write fiction, I had asked the group about the fiction newsletters on Medium. Walter and Kristina recommended The Kraken Lore. I applied to them; they invited me to submit; and I did. My story "The Wood Nymph--a Prequel" was published there, today! Meanwhile, out of the blue, the editor of Engage asked if he could republish one of my pieces I had already published on Medium. Of course I said "yes, please." You can find that personal essay now on Engage. It is titled "A Lesson in Strength - a Memoir". I am, of course, over the moon today.
