I reached out to Maya and asked her for an interview
I prepared my call with Maya
I interviewed Maya one lunchtime as she is in Bulgaria and I am only an hour away, we spoke for two hours.
I watched our interview, edited it, checked it multiple times, trimmed it down to 1 hour
I created a thumbnail, title, SEO, text in YouTube studio
I hit publish and…
I only heard crickets…
People haven't watched this video as often as my other videos.
The view duration and impressions were low.
Ahhhh!
I always try to get the MOST out of my videos.
But as a busy, part-time working mother, my time is limited.
Maya’s too, because she also has two children at home.
So Maya and I joined forces
I told Maya that the video didn't go very well and I wanted her to BE SEEN because she's AWESOME.
My husband Patrick (who will soon get the Silver Button on YouTube) helped me to tweak the thumbnail and title.

…. and three days and 22 hours later it suddenly ranks #1 (in this time period, compared to the latest 10 videos I created 😊)
The moral of the story?
