The Magic Of Showing Up Every Single Day
Consistency is your creative weapon no matter the hurdles life throws your way.
As the sun kisses the horizon and the gentle hum of the waking world reaches my ears, I find myself sitting at my desk, a blank page before me.
It is in these quiet moments that I embrace the commitment I made to myself 26 months ago: to publish content consistently - no matter the hurdles (work, family, toddler, health) life throws my way.
As writers, we have an innate desire to weave intricate tapestries of words, sharing our perspectives with the world.
Yet, more often than not, we find ourselves plagued by self-doubt, procrastination, and the never-ending quest for inspiration.
It's in the face of these challenges that the unwavering commitment to consistency becomes our most valuable asset.
Let me show you why.
The Power of Consistency
To date, I’ve published almost 1,500 stories on my main writing platform Medium.
For me, publishing content consistently is not merely an act of discipline, as a fellow writing pal recently stated.
It is a powerful statement, a declaration of our dedication to our craft.
When we show up every single day, we tell the world that our voice matters and that our stories are worth telling.

My whole issue with consistency is- my narrative of whom I am or what I want to do might change as I dig deeper into my craft- writing. When I find my voice late it will have to change. How does consistency fit into all this? Will I lose my audience or will they naturally start to follow the new me?
