I understand that by pushing for annual option is better because of how much more you get back but I don't understand the concept of how it can bring stability if someone is only paying annually. I figured the stability came when several hundred/thousand people are paying monthly because that's bringing in income more frequently.

I'd rather get the larger amount upfront and lock them in. Just budget accordingly. Like getting paid monthly vs weekly at your job
