FYI people need to go via their publication settings if they want to "upgrade" like Flora. Don't need support/the bot. You then have to change the amount manually. That's one of many flaws of Substack you need to know

You have two paying subscribers. Remove the word only.
You have two real human beings who’ve willingly given you their hard-earned money to learn from you or to support your work.
Don’t dismiss their contribution in favour of some future “maybe-someday” 100 paying subscribers.
Give these two your best. They’ll become your biggest advocates.
Read their work. Highlight their best bits. Help them with what they’re struggling with. Introduce them to your other subscribers.
That’s how communities grow. One genuine connection at a time.
