As Ayo shared he wouldn't have hopped on the call with me (we planned this for months) if he wouldn't have know who I was.
I shared messy stories, failures, how to articles, successes, parenting stories on Medium.
He "knew" me and could somehow imagine doing an interview with me.
In addition I was invited to speak in a cohort. I'll also do this in July I think.
Wouldn't have happened if I wouldn't have started 3.5 years ago and was also vulnerable.
I still don't share personal stories that often or pictures from my family.
Still in Notes I feel it's okay at the moment. Feels like a save space.
You can never be too much YOU, Elizabeth. Can't wait what you'll share with us.

Hi Kristina! Yes I'm a fiction writer and am serializing my new novel through my newsletter starting next month.
Substack has been great so far. I've spent the last 10 months building my list with posts focusing on writing tips/techniques.
Now that I'm at a comfortable number of subscribers (free and paid) I'll transition into exclusively publishing fiction.
